Although Andorian civilization has had contact with several other warpcapable civilzations for centuries, they still retain some of their ancient clan structures. Even the caste system (officially abolished when they joined the Federation) still plays a role in Andorian Culture.

Alien Senses
Less sensitive to high frequency noises, more sensitive to deep noises and vibrations. The antenna also help with balance and to detect changes in temperature, pressure, etc. They are very sensitive, blowing air past the antenna may give a "ticklish" reaction, actually tickling can be painful.

Alien reproductive systems
Thalassan gestation is an intensely complicated 130+ day process. During the first third the fetus can be naturally transferred between the parents, after the first third transferring the child to a ready parent may be done surgically. This is far less complicated than some of the other Andorian species.

Alien Environmental requirements
Adapted to living in underground geothermal caves. They can acclimate to standard environment, but in warmer environments they can overheat easily especially if being active.
